RPM TICKETING TICKET DELIVERY METHODS:

Tickets@Home: If you select Tickets@Home as your delivery method your tickets will be emailed to you. The email will be sent to the email address you shared when you placed your order. You will receive an email containing a link to print your tickets within one hour of placing your order. If you are having trouble locating your confirmation email please check your SPAM folder. Please email RPM Ticketing with any questions at info@rpmtix.com or phone 480.656.9940.

Will-Call: If you select Will-Call as your delivery method your tickets will be set for you at the box office. You will be able to exchange your tickets for wristbands at the box office beginning at noon on Thursday, September 17, 2020. In order to pick up your tickets you must show the credit card used to make the purchase as well as a matching photo I.D. Tickets will only be released to the card holder.

FEES: All tickets sold through RPM Ticketing have additional fees per ticket.

GATE FEES: All tickets purchased at the gate will have the same additional RPM Ticketing fees applied.

Ticket pick-up: Simply bring your Photo ID and credit card used for the ticket or confirmation number to the Pepsi Amphitheater box office to receive your wristbands.

Wristbands: Wristbands are not transferrable.

Tickets will be available online until midnight on Thursday, Sept. 17,  2020.

Please Note: We are now partnering with the online ticket agency RPM Ticketing to handle your ticketing needs. Ticketing through RPM Ticketing frees up our volunteer resources for other festival needs so we are better equipped to ensure that you have the best possible experience. Thank you for your support!

Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your ticket, you may designate someone else to use it by giving them your printed ticket with barcode to be exchanged for a wristband at the Amphitheater Box Office. If someone else will be using a ticket in your name that is being held at Will Call, contact RPM Ticketing to transfer your ticket into their name: info@r-entertainment.com

Camping Passes: You can only purchase your combined camping/3-day festival pass through RPM ticketing. Check into your site at the campground check in. Exchange your ticket for your wristband at the amphitheater box office. Please bring your RPM Ticketing receipt OR confirmation number and photo ID as proof of your purchase.

Camping passes will be available through midnight on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. You may purchase at the amphitheater box office also, but we strongly advise you purchase them in advance as we expect to sell out again this year.
