March 31, 2020 is the last day to purchase tickets with Early Bird pricing.
Due to public safety concerns and social distancing restrictions in place to combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), 3/31/2020 will be the last day to purchase tickets locally in Flagstaff at our ticket outlet, Rainbow’s End. Festival tickets and camping will continue to be sold through our Tickets and Camping pages on our website.
We are currently working under the assumption that we will be able to hold Pickin’ in the Pines as planned this September. In the event it is necessary to cancel Pickin’ in the Pines a refund for your tickets will be issued. If you purchased tickets on-line you will be contacted via email with ticket policy refund information. If you purchased your tickets at Rainbow’s End you will need to email us at pipinfo@pickininthepines.org to receive refund instructions. Refunds will only be issued if the festival is cancelled.
Pickin’ in the Pines is carefully monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We are maintaining communication with our venue management and ticketing partner, health officials and local government regarding the status of our 2020 festival.
Please be assured that your health and well-being is our top priority and we will be proactive to ensure our environments are clean and safe. We will implement additional safety features as needed and recommended.
The Bluegrass community has the biggest hearts, and musicians need your love and positivity more than ever. Because of tour postponements and cancellations, many artists are experiencing unexpected financial hardship. One way we can lift them up is to buy merch and share their music. We’ll be posting links for artists’ stores in the coming weeks on social media, so you can directly support the folks who bring us so much joy.
