Standard Mail: If you choose Standard Mail as your delivery method your tickets will be sent to you via the USPS. RPM Ticketing is unable to track tickets sent by Standard Mail and cannot guarantee delivery.
Tickets@Home: If you select Tickets@Home as your delivery method your tickets will be emailed to you. The email will be sent to the email address you shared when you placed your order. You will receive an email containing a link to print your tickets within one hour of placing your order. If you are having trouble locating your confirmation email please check your SPAM folder. Please call RPM Ticketing with any questions at 480.657.7333 ext 109.
Will-Call: If you select Will-Call as your delivery method your tickets will be set for you at the box office. You will be able to pick your tickets up on the day of the show. In order to pick up your tickets you must show the credit card used to make the purchase as well as a matching photo I.D. Tickets will only be released to the card holder.

FEES: All tickets sold through RPM Ticketing have additional fees per ticket.

GATE FEES: All tickets purchased at the gate will have the same additional RPM Ticketing fees applied.

Ticket pick-up: Simply bring your Photo ID and credit card used for the ticket or confirmation number to the Pepsi Amphitheater box office to receive your wristbands. If you are camping, bring this information to the campground check-in starting at 12:00 pm on Thursday 9/13/18 to receive your wristband there.

Wristbands: Wristbands are not transferrable.

Amphitheater Box Office Hours:
Thursday 9/13/18 – 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Friday 9/14/18 – 10:00 am to 8:15 pm (gates open at 11:00 am)
Saturday 9/15/18 – 8:30 am to 8:00 pm (gates open at 9:00 am)
Sunday 9/16/18 – 8:30 am to 3:45 pm (gates open at 9:00 am)

Tickets will be available online until midnight on Thursday, September 13,  2018.

Please Note: We are now partnering with the online ticket agency RPM Ticketing to handle your ticketing needs. The fees associated with purchasing tickets through RPM Ticketing help to support our volunteer-based non-profit organization. By freeing up our volunteer resources for other festival needs, we are better equipped to ensure that you have the best possible experience at Pickin’ in the Pines. Thank you for your support!

Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your ticket,  you may designate someone else to use it. If someone else will be using a ticket in your name, they will need a copy of the credit card used to purchase the ticket (you can black out all of the numbers except the last 4).  They will also need a copy of the purchaser’s driver’s license and a note saying the tickets are transferred into their name.  The reason for this procedure is to protect the festival and the purchaser so there is no fraud on their account and no charge backs to the festival.

Camping Passes: You may purchase your festival pass with a campsite reservation  through RPM Ticketing.  Please bring your RPM Ticketing receipt OR Protix confirmation number and photo ID as proof of your purchase to Camping Check In at the Campground in exchange for your Camping and Festival wristbands.

Camping passes will be available through midnight on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. You may purchase at the amphitheater box office also, but we strongly advise you purchase them in advance as we expect to sell out again this year.
