Become a 2010 Sponsor!

What does it take to produce Pickin’ in the Pines each year?

It takes committed, community-minded individuals, businesses and organizations! If you share these attributes, happen to enjoy great music in the beautiful Northern Arizona outdoors and value family-oriented entertainment, education and dance opportunities we would like to extend an offer.

Among the myriad of festival production tasks – from defining a performer lineup to organizing volunteers and setting up lodging for our performers – one key task is fundraising. Pickin’ in the Pines 2010 (PIP10) offers event sponsorship opportunities for area businesses and organizations. Together with grant writing and select civic and private foundational support Pickin’ in the Pines works to collect cash and in-kind services to defray production expenses. That way we can keep ticket costs low and offer our festival to the widest audience. Your participation as a sponsor can move us a long way towards that goal.

We’re proud to say we’ve had several major sponsors with us from the beginning 4 years ago. You can see some of those past supporters listed as 2007 through 2009 sponsors using the selections at the left.

As we build towards our fifth anniversary festival we hope to involve loyal and generous past sponsors, and add new sponsors to our roster as well. In exchange, we promise to do everything we can to promote your business to our audience through our sponsorship program.
